MADISON COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS CANVASS SESSION - Meeting Minutes Board of Elections Conference Room Monday, July 6, 2020 11:00. AM  CALLTOORDER  Chair Wallin called the meeting oft the Madison County Board of Elections to order at 11:00 a.m. at the Board of Elections Conference Room. In attendance were; Jerry Wallin, Chair; Ray Lewis, Secretary; Sandra Tolley, Member; Dyatt Smathers, Member; Brian Ball, Member; Kathy Ray, Director; and Jacob  Ray, Deputy Director. AGENDA  Moved, Seconded (RL, BB) and Carried (5,0) to approve the agenda.  NEW BUSINESS  The Director provided the Hand Eye Audit Reports and one (1) completed Election Day Incident Report. The Director provided the unofficial and official Block Style Canvass Reports, the Reconciliation Worksheet, and the Certified Election Abstract and reports for the Board to review. Moved, Seconded (DS, RL) and Carried (5,0) to approve and certify the election results.
