Madison County Board of Elections Meeting Minutes - Regular Session June 16th, 2021 Meeting  The Madison County Board of Elections held a meeting on Wednesday, June 16th, 2021. in attendance: Jerry' Wallin, Chair; Dyatt Smathers, Member; SandraTolley, Member; Jacob Ray, Director; Elizabeth  Madorin, Deputy Director. Call to Order:  Chair Wallin called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.  Minutes:  Motion, Seconded (ST, DS) and Carried (3,0) to approve the May 24th, 2021 meeting minutes. Motion to amend the agenda and add personnel discussion to the agenda following the director's report. Approved and added to agenda after the Director's report as a closed: session. Moved DS  Agenda:  seconded STa and carried (3,0) Members' Report: impact.  Member Smathers discussed thel bills that are currently in the Senate and the House that willl have an  Member Tolley discussed getting census numbers and the changes that might occur. Chair Wallin expressed ideas about when the Primaries might take place as a result oft the census.  New Business  The new Laurel Lease agreement was reviewed and signed.
