MADISON COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS  ABSENTEE SESSION Board of Elections Room 16 July 6, 2020 9:00 a.m.  MINUTES CALL TO ORDER  Chair Wallin called the meeting of the Madison County Board of Elections to order at 9:00 a.m. In attendance were Jerry' Wallin, Chair; Ray Lewis, Secretary; Dyatt Smathers, Member; Sandra Tolley, Member; Brian Ball, Member; Kathy Ray, Director; and Jacob Ray, Deputy Director.  NEWE BUSINESS  Moved, Seconded (DS, RL) and Carried (5,0) to approve the agenda.  Moved, Seconded (RL, BB) and Carried (5,0) to approve 7 civilian absentee applications. Moved, Seconded (RL, BB) and Carried (5,0) to deny 1 civilian absentee application. Moved, Seconded (DS, RL) and Carried (5,0) to approve provisional ballot application for Moved, Seconded (DS, JW) and Carried (5,0) to go into closed session for ballot duplication. Moved, Seconded (DS, BB) and Carried (5,0) to approve provisional application for Daniel Moved, Seconded (DS, JW) and Carried (5,0) to deny provisional application for Branden Moved, Seconded (DS, RL) and Carried (5,0) to deny provisional application for Gene Cantrell. Moved, Seconded (DS, RL) and Carried (5,0) to deny provisional application for Denise Griffin. Moved, Seconded (DS, RL) and Carried (5,0) to deny provisional application for Susan Moved, Seçonded (DS, RL) and Carried (5,0) to deny provisional application for Bernice Moved, Seconded (DS, BB) and Carried (5,0) to deny provisional application for Zachary Seven (7) Supplemental absentee ballots were tabulated and counted for a total count of 417  Sandra Arrowood.  Moved, Seconded (DS, JW) and Carried (5,0) to return to open session.  Joyner. Jones.  SchusterLampass. Phillips. Martin.  executed absentee ballots.
