Moved, Seconded (RL, BB) and Carried (5,0) to deny 1 civilian absentee application. Moved, Seconded (DS, RL) and Carried (5,0) to approve provisional ballot application for Moved, Seconded (DS, JW) and Carried (5,0) to go into closed session for ballot duplication. Moved, Seconded (DS, BB) and Carried (5,0) to approve provisional application for Daniel Moved, Seconded (DS, JW) and Carried (5,0) to deny provisional application for Branden Moved, Seconded (DS, RL) and Carried (5,0) to deny provisional application for Gene Cantrell. Moved, Seconded (DS, RL) and Carried (5,0) to deny provisional application for Denise Griffin.
