In attendance were Dyatt Smathers, Chair; Ray Lewis, Secretary; Jerry Wallin, Member; Kathy Ray, Director; Donald Wade Gahagan I, Elections Specialist; and 3 members oft the public. ABSENTEE MAIL INE BALLOTS The Director reminded the Board that 2 civilian and 1 overseas supplemental absentee ballots were approved on Election Day, March 15!h, and must be entered manually into the Unity Election Reporting software. 16"h. The Board was presented one spoiled absentee civilian ballot that displayed a late postmark of March The Board was presented 10 civilian supplemental absentee ballots for approval. She did not re-register as instructed by the Board of Elections. Chair Smathers remarked that the US Citizenship checkbox on the provisional application was unmarked. Elections Specialist informed the Board regarding the US Citizenship checkbox in the OVRD software. OVRD operators must check the box for an "add new" provisional or the system will automatically default to "no", meaning not a US citizen. The Elections Specialist opined that the unmarked checkbox was likely due to a data entry error.
