Moved, Seconded (RL, BB) and Carried (5,0) to set the agenda.  NEW BUSINESS  Moved, Seconded (JW, DS) and Carried (5,0) to approve 2 civilian absentee applications. Moved, Seconded (BB, RL) and Carried (5,0) to approve 139 one stop applications.  Moved, Seconded (DS, BB) and Carried (5,0) to adjourn.
