Madison County Board ofl Elections Absentee Meeting Minutes October 16, 2020  The Madison County Board of Elections met on Friday, October 16, 2020. Discussion ensued regarding allowed activity of political party observers within the voting  electioneering zones, and first day early voting start up.  enclosure. Chapel Precinct voter Philip Jonas Rembert pending furtherreview. The duplicated ballot log was created and original ballots were sealed for storage.  Motion, Seconded (DS,JW) and Carried (4,0) to table the) FWAB ballot submitted by Ebbs  The Board: recorded the ending ballot count of 1,127 ballots and sealed the machine for storage.
