The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Bruce Reim. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and Governor Inslee's Proclamation 20-28, this meeting is being conducted telephonically using the ZOOM audio only conferencing. CStreet Sidewalk Contract Approval: The bid for the C Street Sidewalk project came in at $273,451.50 from Central Paving. Bid approval is subject to the approval of the Motion to accept C Street Contract Approval authorize administration to approve contract Well & Chlorination Report: Director Sangster reported that after 2 concurrent negative testings, Well 3 is now online and functioning property. Layla finished treatment at Seattle Children's Hospital on February 21, 2017 and turned 3 years old on March 14, 2014. She has successfully completed treatment andi is now int the Survivorship program at Fred Hutch.
