TOWN OF VASS BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS SPECIALI MEETING February 20, 2024  Members Present:  Mayor Mosley Matthew Callahan Kris Kosem George Blackwell  Staff Present:  Mabel Walden Town Clerk/Administrator  1. Call to Order  The meeting was called to order by Mayor Mosley at 5:00 pm. Proposal for Professional Services - McGill Associates  2.  The Board of Commissioners reviewed a proposal from McGill. Associates to prepare an application for a PARTF Grant for the 24/25 grant cycle. The contract  fee for services was for $13,650.  Motion to approve contract with McGill Associates. Moved By Commissioner Blackwell  Approved, All were in favor  3.  Board of Commissioners Code of Ethics Moved By Commissioner Blackwell  Motion to approve the town Code of Ethics for the Town Council.  Approved, All were in favor  4.  Town website quotes  The board reviewed proposals from Catalis and Municipal One for the town Website. Mabel Walden told the board the differences between the two. Motion to approve Website proposal from Municipal One.    Moved By Commissioner Blackwell  Approved, All were in favor  5.  Adjournment  Mayor Mosley asked for a motion to adjourn.
