Mayor Wills presented the Invocation and led the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance. 2. ABC Board Update Jerry Roche presented the Fiscal Year 2023 Disbursements: from the ABC Board: Alcohol Education at Cramerton Middle and Stuart W. Cramer High Schools: $22,345 Cramerton Police Department: $15,960 Town of Cramerton: $141,844 5. Consent Agenda 5b. Budget Amendment #11 5a. Set Public Hearing for RZ24-04 Heede Rezoning Ar motion was made by Commissioner Kincaid to approve the Consent Agenda. The motion was seconded by Commissioner K. Ramsey. The vote was unanimous in favor. Commissioner Abernathy inquired about the greenway's path and the cost implications. Mr. Watkins clarified that $1,970,200.00 is for the segment from Wilkinson Boulevard to Riverside Drive, with the Town contributing $337,000.00, potentially reduced with Commissioner Abemathy expressed her concern with the cost of the project and the Motion: Commissioner Kincaid moved to approve the Riverlink Greenway Project Budget Ordinance Revision.
