Contract No. 3 Payment No. 23- Electrical- G.R. Noto- $76,725.00 On motion of Roeder/Gordon council approved al letter from GSHBA re: Walk, Wine and Wander. CITIZEN COMMENTS: None OTHER BUSINESS: President Bowman stated about the letter ofs support from the business association for ag grant application. EXECUTATIVE. SESSION: There was an executive session held at 6:00PM before the regular council meeting. Personnel and legal issues were discussed. He also stated about looking into Member Roeder questioned about an article int the paper in regards to floodplain on Willow Street and she questioned about the Willow Street Member Williams gave an update about the upcoming recreation programs and Mayor Devlin stated that the steel fori the stage at the island was getting installed. He also stated that the Island is goingt to be looking into the lighting timbering again. playground upgrade. events. and sound system for the stage.
