Also attending was Mayor Devlin, Solicitor Semanchik, Administrator Seiders and Secretary Tinari. Member Montz and. JCP Bauer were  absent  CALLTO ORDER: CITIZEN COMMENTS: None  President Jerry Bowman call the meeting to order at 6:30 pm  ADMINISTRATION: On motion of Dress/Roeder council approved thet following WWTP invoice.  Contract No. 3 Payment No. 23- Electrical- G.R. Noto- $76,725.00 On motion of Roeder/Gordon council approved al letter from GSHBA re: Walk,  Wine and Wander.  CITIZEN COMMENTS: None OTHER BUSINESS:  President Bowman stated about the letter ofs support from the business  association for ag grant application.  EXECUTATIVE. SESSION: There was an executive session held at 6:00PM before the regular council  meeting. Personnel and legal issues were discussed. MINUTES: TAX COLLECTOR: TREASURER'S RPT: BILLS:  The minutes of the March 6th and March 20" meetings was approved on motion The Tax Collector's report in the amount of $33,407 was approved on motion of Ashley Bieski, Treasurer, presented Council with the March 2024 Treasurers' report. On motion of Montz/Roeder Council approved this report. The following bills were approved for payment on motion of Roeder/Montz General $317,504.99; Electric $395,817.32; Water $191,682.03 Sewer  of Montz/Roeder. Montz/Roeder.  $123,694.20: for ai total of $1,028,698.54  CORRESPONDENCE: On motion of Roeder/Montz Council approved al letter from City of Pottsville re: ADMINISTRATION: On motion of Montz/Gordon Council approved the March transfers.  Fire Police.  On motion of Montz/Gordon Council approved the March highway aid transfers. OLDI BUSINESS: NEW BUSINESS:  On motion of Montz/Dress Council approved to get a cyber security proposal.    4-17-24 p9 2  OTHER BUSINESS:  Member Montz stated about looking into the possibility fort the borough to subcontract electric for crypto mining. He also stated about looking into Member Roeder questioned about an article int the paper in regards to floodplain on Willow Street and she questioned about the Willow Street Member Williams gave an update about the upcoming recreation programs and Mayor Devlin stated that the steel fori the stage at the island was getting installed. He also stated that the Island is goingt to be looking into the lighting  timbering again.  playground upgrade. events.  and sound system for the stage.  EXECUTIVE SESSION: There was an executive session held at 5:45pm before the regular council  meeting. Utility Contract and litigation issues were discussed.
