CALLTOORDER:  CITIZEN COMMENTS: Ted Moyer of 115 NE Berne Street stated about the speeding that is happening  on N Berne Street. He also asked about the pillar ini the middle oft the Columbia On motion of Montz/Dress council approved the purchase of a 2025 Wester Star 47x Dump Truck and upfitting in the amount of $174,772.45 On motion of Roeder/Wiliams council approved the sidewalk maintenance agreement and resolution for the Columbia Street Bridge Replacement project. Council said to look into a spring date around. April/May.
