Also attending was Mayor Devlin, Solicitor Semanchik, Administrator Seiders and! Secretary' Tinari. JCP Bauer was absent. President. Jerry Bowman call the meeting to order at 6:30 pm  CALLTOORDER:  CITIZEN COMMENTS: Jean Angelo of 216 NI Berne Street asked about an update on who is responsible  for1 the up keep oft the bank andi trees along the Berne Street parkingl lot. She was informed that the Borough will take care of the dead trees next week. On motion of Montz/Roeder council approved the updated Uniform MMO in On motion of Montz/Roeder council approved the LSAresolution for the N On motion of Roeder/Montz council approved the 119 Parkway demolition resolution which will allow the borough apply to use county funds. On motion of Montz/Roeder council approved the 2023 CDBG budget resolution Council table the MOD resolution till next meeting for further review. On motion of Montz/Roeder council approved al letter from SHASD cheerleading re: bonfire. CITIZEN COMMENTS: None  MINUTES: TAX COLLECTOR: TREASURERSRPT: BILLS:  The minutes oft the September 6", September 17th and September 20th meetings The Tax Collector's report in the amount of $3,010 was approved on motion of Ashley Bieski, Treasurer, presented Council with the September 2023 Treasurers' report. On motion of Roeder/Gordon Council approved this report. The following bills were approved for payment on motion of Montz/Roeder: General $897,152.79; Electric $383,090.32; Water $168,835.26: Sewer  was approved on motion of Montz/Roeder.  Montz/Gordon.  $517,914.49 fora at total off $1,966,992.86  CORRESPONDENCE: None.  ADMINISTRATION: On motion of Montz/Roeder Council approved the September transfers.  On the following motions council approved thet following' WWTP Invoices: Contract No. 1 Payment No. 20- General/Mechanical- LB Industries- $555.99- On motion of Montz/Roeder Council approved the MOD Resolution which will allocate leftover CDBG covid funds toi the local food pantry.  Roeder/Montz which was underpaid.  OLDI BUSINESS: NEW BUSINESS: OTHER BUSINESS:  None. None.  Member Williams gave an update on the recreation board meeting and  upcoming events with the recreation department.    10-19-23 P92  Mayor Devlin stated that the pumpkin patch was a good event fori the Island and thanked Bills Produce for donating all the pumpkins. He also asked if we can look into changing the night oft the Halloween parade so it doesn'tconflict with  other town parades and route.
