Member Kavanaugh was President Jerry Bowman called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm with the pledge  absent  CALLTOORDER:  ofa allegiance followed by a prayer.  CITIZEN COMMENTS: None.  MINUTES: TAXCOLLECTOR:  The minutes of the. June 7th and. June 21* meetings was approved on motion of The Tax Collector's report in the amount of $7,726 was approved on motion of  Montz/Gordon. Montz/Roeder.  TREASURER'S RPT: Ashley Bieski, Treasurer, presented Council with the. June 2023 Treasurers'  report. On motion of Roeder/Gordon Council approved this report. The following bills were approved for payment on motion of Roeder/Montz: General $274,101.05; Electric $285,285.16; Water $185,518.42: Sewer  BILLS:  $106,145.85 for at total of $851,050.48  CORRESPONDENCE: None. ADMINISTRATION:  Ed Ebling, Jones and Company, presented council with the 2022 audit report. On motion of Montz/Roeder Council approved this audit report. On motion of Montz/Gordon Council approved the. June transfers. On motion of Montz/Roeder Council approved the WWTP upgrade invoices: 1. Contract No.1 Payment No. 20- Genera/Mechanica- LB Industries- 2. Contract N. 3 Payment No. 19- Electrical- G.R. Noto Electrical- $7,932.50 On motion of Montz/Roeder Council approved the change order for1 the WWTP Change Order No. 3- Generai/Mechanical- LB Industries- Installation of Penn  $108,023.34  Project in the amount of $15,853.20  Valley Pump    P9 2 7-19-23  On motion of Montz/Gordon Council approved al letter from One Rock One Onr motion of Montz/Gordon Council approved to extend consulting services for  Community re: Fire Police. 6months effective August1*.  OLD BUSINESS; NEW BUSINESS: OTHER BUSINESS:  None.  President Bowman stated that at tree fell down at Bubeck Park and that they are also looking at talking another tree down at Bubeck Park duet to its age. Vice President Gordon stated that he had a pole and wires down and his home and commended the borough electric crew aj job well done on getting a new Member' Williams gave an update about the recreation doors needing to be Mayor Devlin: stated that thel Island has their two baseball game events coming up, Haven Night at the Reading Phillies and Haven Night at the Philadelphia JCP Bauer stated that the elementary playground remodel is moving along  pole and restoring power. replaced or fixed.
