Jerry Bowman callt the meeting to order at 6:30 pm CITIZEN COMMENTS: None ADMINISTRATION: On motion of Montz/Gordon council approved to purchase 2 new: 15KVfeeder Onr motion of Montz/Roeder council approved a letter from Borough Day On motion of Montz/Roeder council approved al letter from Hillside SPCA: Doggy circuit breakers for $22,000 each. Committee re: Borough Day. Easter Egg Hunt. CITIZEN COMMENTS: None OTHER BUSINESS: President Bowman: stated that thei finance committee has an audit meeting at 7:30am. He also asked the Code Officer tol look into 210/212 EI Main Street for Member Roeder stated that the island is having a drive thru dinner March 16h.s She also stated that the amphitheater should be completed in April. JCPI Bauer stated that the boy's basketball team and bocce bali team are going to states and the school musical this year is Wizard of Oza and will be March 12-14 distressed roof. EXECUTATIVE SESSION: There was an executive session held at 6:00PM before the regular council meeting. Contract and property issues were discussed. MINUTES: TAXCOLLECTOR: The minutes of the February 7th and February 21* meetings was approved on The Tax Collector's report in the amount of $1,415 was approved on motion of motion of Montz/Roeder. Montz/Gordon. TREASURER'S RPT: Ashley Bieski, Treasurer, presented Council with the February 2024 Treasurers' report. Oni motion of Montz/Roeder Council approved this report. Thei following bills were approved for payment on motion of Williams/Roeder General $330,104.80; Electric $466,140.63; Water $143,951.47 Sewer BILLS: $105,742.17 for a total of $1,045,939.07 CORRESPONDENCE: None ADMINISTRATION: On motion of Roeder/Williams Council approved the February transfers. Onm motion of Roeder/Montz Council approved the February highway aid On motion of Montz/Gordon Council approved the DCNR Grant Application Resolution for Open Space Comprehensive Plan. Member Roeder questioned about an update on the Railroad. transfers. OLD BUSINESS: NEW BUSINESS: OTHER BUSINESS: None. Park President Bowman stated that two memorial trees will be planted at Bubeck 3-20-24 P92 Member Montz stated that the borough had a good audit. Member Roeder stated that the dinner at the Island was a good turnout. Member Kavanaugh stated that SCOG will only have 2 meetings a year. Member Dress questioned about squatter rights. Member Williams gave an update about the recreation programs. Mayor Devlin stated that the steel for1 the stage ati the island was getting installed. He also stated that the school bocce ball team is traveling to Hershey.
