Member Roeder stated that Night at the Races will be on May 6th at St. Member Dress questioned about the Halloween parade route.  Ambrose. MINUTES: TAXCOLLECTOR: TREASURER'S RPT: BILLS:  The minutes oft the April 5th and April 19th, meetings was approved on motion of The Tax Collector's report in the amount of $38,856 was approved on motion of Ashley Bieski, Treasurer, presented Council with the April 2023 Treasurers' report. On motion of Roeder/Montz Council approved this report. The following bills were approved for payment on motion of Roeder/Gordon: General $274,901.95; Electric $447,461.11;Water: $123,748.57 Sewer  Montz/Roeder Montz/Roeder.  $197,081.26 for a total of$ $1,043,192.89  CORRESPONDENCE: None.  ADMINISTRATION: On motion of Montz/Roeder Council approved the April transfers.  On motion of Montz/Williams Council approved the April highway aid transfers. On motion of Montz/Gordon Council approved the WWTP upgrade invoice: 1. He also stated that the Revenue Generating Committee should look into al bulk rate contractors looking top purchase water from the Borough to fill swimming pools ex: Bob's Pools Vice President Gordon stated that Caldwell Street is in distress and askedi if the Member Montz stated about a Broad Band meeting on May 22"d at Union Member Roeder stated about Memorial Day Parade at 10:30am and other Member Williams gave an update about the recreation board programs; he also asked if there was an update on the Columbia Street Bridge. Mayor Devlin stated that National Police Week is May14th-20". He stated Chief Walcott is looking into doing as service/presentation.
