ADMINISTRATION: On motion of Montz/Roeder council approved al letter from Schuylkill Haven  PTO re: Fire Police  On motion of Roeder/Montz council denied a letter from Girardville re: Fire On motion of Montz/Williams council approved al letter from Schuylkill Haven On motion of Montz/Roeder council approved a 7yri franchise agreement with  Police due to lack of manpower due tol borough event  PTOre:s signage for basket raffle  Comcast. OTHER BUSINESS:  Mayor Devlin informed council about the island amphitheater roof design is in Member Kavanaugh stated that our police department has agood training Member Montz questioned about a letter from.
