October was down 14% which isi the first time Pete confirmed the reason we are, going to audit handicap parking spaces is to ensure the spots  since 2021.  are available for those who truly need. John - asked where the issue with the dogs stand. Chief Wolfer stated they had 30 days to Mike - asked how the changes to the laws was going with the Mako's office. Chief replied all were submitted, they are now int the: state's legal team for review. Don'texpect to hear anything  until 2023.
