So bad other subs from the other team apologized to the. John will speak to  captain and if it happens again they will be removed from the league. Running late  PUBLIC SAFETY-FIRE REPORT - Daniel Snyder MAYOR REPORT - William J. Molchany,Jr. strong crowd. Thursday family night good crowd.  No report.  Carnival went over well. Seemed to do quite well. Think they did pretty good job. Saturday Mark - mentioned he had friends in from NC and they enjoyed it. Nephew from GA - likes it as  well.  SOLICITOR REPORT - Atty. Steven Goudsouzian  No report. Page 2of3    COUNCIL PRESIDENT REPORT- Peter Paone Parking on Grove. Street  Pete knows that Roger and Chief Wolfer weigh in on discussion  Discussion around why this started in the first place and where to go from here with it. Agreed they would allow the planning commission to pick up on this and move forward.  NEW BUSINESS  John - agreed to hold the 2nd meeting in July on the 17th. Stated he will send over information Mike - brought information on truck parking, research in front of us, South Whitehall, not able to print, they banned all truck parking as well - permit parking only, not responsible to give parking, talked to owner operator, park off road, drive car home, they enforce parking. $150,  on beer, guy for Jess Finn fest.  $350 and tow it - $500 plus towing  Examples are dump truck, triaxle, semi without cab  Discussion continued and circled back around to allowing planning commission to review.
