1-  EAST BERLIN BOROUGH COUNCIL  128 Water Street East Berlin, PA 17316 Codification Hearing  The hearing for Codification ofthe Sub-Division & Land Development /Zoning Ordinance was held by the East Berlin Borough Council on August 11, 2021, within the East Berlin Borough Hall at 6:45 PM. Members Present: Roberta Teal, James LeVan, David Meixner, Charles Krall, Jason Wood, Donald Dixon  Members Present: Anne Geiger  Also Present: Mayor Greg Green, Solicitor Matthew Battersby, Chris Warner Borough Emergency Management Coordinator (EMC), Ryan Picarelli, KPIT Technology - Borough Engineer and Secretary/Ireasurer  Cindy Smith  Guests /Constituents present: None Public Comment: None  Objective: Solicitor Battersby stated that as dually advertised the Hearing was held in conjunction with the Codification process for the Sub-Division & Land Development / Zoning Ordinance of] East Berlin Borough. Subsequent to a brief discussion regarding the Codification process, also acknowledgement of the. Adams County Office of Planning and Development Review letter(s) dated August 9, 2021 from Robert Thaeler, Principal Planner, Jason Wood motioned, second by Donald Dixon for Codification of Sub-Division & Land  Development/Zoning Ordinance(s).
