James LeVan advised Wayne Smith Ordinance Officer that he does not agree with taking away property Owner's rights and the Council is not further considering adopting the IPMC. This is upon advice received from Solicitor Battersby's during the June meeting during which time the Solicitor spoke oft the gravity inj potentially adopting the International Building Code (IPMC). Executive Session: 7:49 PM- 8:02 PM Lane. James LeVan spoke on behalf of the Council.
