1-  EAST BERLIN BOROUGH COUNCIL 128 Water Street, East Berlin, PA 17316  The monthly meeting of the East Berlin Borough Council was held Wednesday, January 13, 2021, at the East  Berlin Borough Hall. The meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance at 7:00 PM. Members Present: Roberta Teal, James LeVan and Mayor Keith Hoffman Members Present Remotely: Anne Geiger, Jason Wood and David Meixner  Members Absent: Donald Dixon and Charles Krall  Also Present: Solicitor Matthew Battersby; and Secretary/reasurer Cindy Smith  Approval of the Meeting Agenda: James LeVan motioned to approve the agenda with no second. The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 10, 2021,7:00 PM at the Borough Hall. James LeVan motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:07 PM with a second by David Meixner. Motion carried.
