-1-  EAST BERLIN BOROUGH COUNCIL 128 Water Street, East Berlin, PA 17316  The Special Monthly Meeting of the East Berlin Borough Council was held Wednesday, January 27,2021, at the  East Berlin Borough Hall. The meeting was opened at 2:00 PM. Members Present: Roberta Teal and Donald Dixon Members Present Remotely: James LeVan Members Absent: Jason Wood  Members Voting by Proxy: Charles Krall, Anne Geiger and David Meixner  Also Present: ecretary/Ireasurer Cindy Smith  Payment of the December 2020 bills in the amount of $ 29,502.63. A motion was made to pay the bills by  JamesLeVan with a second by Donald Dixon. Motion carried.  Closure:  Donald Dixon motioned to adjourn the meeting at 2:05 PM with a second by James LeVan.
