BOROUGH OFST. LAWRENCE REORGANIZATION: MEETING MINUTES Tuesday, January 2, 2024  CALLT TO ORDER: The reorganization meeting of St. Lawrence Borough Council was called to order by ROLL CALL: Roll call was initiated by Mayor Zana. Those in attendance included; President Robert May, Vice President David Eggert, Manager/Treasurer: Allison Leinbach, Roadmaster Derrek Rhoads, Member Michael Fritz, Member Gregory Zawilla, Member Steve Geibel, Member Rev. D. Michael Bennethum, The PE. Engineer, Pamela Stevens and Esq. Solicitor, Joan London were absent ini tonight's meeting. NONMINATION FOR COUNCIL PRESIDENT: Mayor Zana opened the nominations for Council President. Rev. Bennethum nominated Robert May for Council President; seconded by David Eggert. There were no other nominations or objections at this time. Nominations were closed. Robert May will remain Council NOMINATION FOR COUNCIL VICE PRESIDENT: Mayor Zana opened the nominations for Council Vice President. Michael Fritz nominated David Eggert for Council Vice President; seconded by Gregory Zawilla. There were no other nominations or objections at this time. Nominations were. closed. David MEETING TURNED OVER TO ELECTED COUNCIL PRESIDENT: At7:35pm, the meeting was turned over RESOLUTION 887-2024 BOROUGH APPOINTMENTS: All borough appointments for the calendar year of 2024 were distributed to the members of council prior to the start of the reorganization meeting. Resolution 887-2024 was read by Council President aloud. There were no additions or comments tot the MOTION: David Eggert made ther motion to adopt Resolution 887-2024 for the appointments of the borough in calendar year 2024. The motion was seconded by Warren Lubenow; all were ini favor and sO ADIOURNMENT: The 2024 reorganization meeting for St. Lawrence Borough Council ended at 7:40pm. MOTION: David Eggert made the motion to adjourn. It was seconded by Warren Lubenow; all were in  Mayor Corrine. Zana, January 2, 2024, at 7:29pm.  Member Warren Lubenow, Secretary Amanda Muso.
