Sara McGraw- 303 Burke Ave Here with along with several members to ask a few questions about a trailer that is parked at 306 Burke Ave. Ib believe a couple of you have had the chance to view it. My questions is what council and the borough can do to have this trailer removed. Iti is a huge eyesore. She did speak with the resident and he stated he goes to car shows. We don'teven know if the resident owns it. Idid hear there is a citation that was issued and she wants to know who the citation was issued to, the homeowner, Mike- The citation was issued on 10/27/2017, it can take up to 30 days to end up in court. The citation was issued to the home owner, can you please be patient with this processes. Mike was aware. Gentleman stated that both Mike and Dan stopped over and took at look at the trailer. He stated he e-mailed the borough, and Danielle stated that there was a hearing date. Mike states there will be a hearing date, the first step is issuing the citation, the homeowner has 10 days to reply, then there is 30 days to reply. What is that? Central Delaware Sewer Authority, this is the sewer agency that The other issue I have, I am very disappointed in how the election went. I don't know who is on either side, but people are disgusted with how the negativity went this race, it's a shame with how the election went this year. Who is in charge with ok-ing these we are apart of. things? Who is in charge of the party? Bob- there are always things that go out that aren'to correct, they are lies, it happens. Mike D- it's not right. Idon't appreciate it. I think this is something that should be looked at. Unfortunately, it's the way the world is.
