Avenue (Tax Parcels 81-015.-103.000 & 81- 015.-104.000), has submitted a request to rezone the property from R-2, Two-Family Residence District, to M-3, Heavy Industrial District. Ifthe rezoning is approved, the lot will be sold to Loaded and Locked Storage, located adjacent to the property. Loaded and Locked Storage will  then use the lot to expand the business.  ADJOURNMENT
