The location oft the proposed transfer is 570 Central Avenue, Johnstown, in thel Moxham neighborhood. In order to open ai restaurant, sports lounge or tavern at the proposed location on Central Avenue, the owner will need to comply with state building code requirements for that type ofoccupancy.
