As ai result oft the merger, Hermitage has acquired 13 vacant parcels of various sizes with 12 located in the Suburban Residential - 2 zoning district and one in Neighborhood Commercial -2. The parcels are shown on the drawing enclosed with this One oft the parcels, identified as #1 on the drawing, is 26 Hamilton Ave. That parcel is being sold after the Commissioners adopted Ordinance 12-2024 on August 21,2024. The city currently is paying tol have 4 oft the parcels mowed, or partially mowed. One of those is 26 Hamilton Ave. (#1), one is 31 Chestnut St. (#2), and one is 17 Mercer Ave. (#11). The final parcel is only being partially mowed. The corner of Chestnut St. and the unopened part of Grandview Dr. (#13) contains al bus stop shelter and the area around the memo and numbered with some descriptive information. shelter is mowed. The city pays $30.00 per lot, per week for the mowing.
