The three properties subject to this plan comprise the entire site oft their existing business at the corner of Wood and Messenger Streets. Over time, the business has expanded across the existing lot lines, making code compliance difficult for further improvements on the site. Ms. Jancy Kasper, Regional Vice President at Northwest Bank is recommended by the City Manager to serve on thel Loan Review Committee. Ms. Kasper meets the requirement oft the City ordinance for this position that this member be from the banking community. The term is for three  years and expires on November 27, 2025.
