CamTran Property Ownership - There is a small piece of land between the Stonycreek River and Inclined Plane that apparently has no legal owner. Ithas been assumed that the Cambria County Transit Authority (CamTran) owns the property. But recent property research associated with the Inclined Plane project revealed that the ownership situation with this property is unknown. CamTran has asked the City to formally relinquish any rights to the property sO it can have full access to and ownership of the property. The City does not object to CamTran's claim of ownership, nor does the City have any interest ini the property. Thej property consists of 0.4084 acres. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF. ORDINANCES FOR FIRST READ: None RESOLUTIONS: Lot Merger Plan for Horner Street Dollar General (TABLED): - Following the April 12 Council meeting, staff reached out to MSP Properties to discuss this project, in accordance with direction from Council ati the April 121 meeting. Subsequently, staffi learned that the site developer, MSP Properties, sold the Dollar General to a California based company named Staff held ai meeting with land development and legal staff from Exchange Right in May. During that meeting staff explained the concerns raised with the development of the property, in particular thel lack of curbing in the parking lot, incomplete sidewalks and stormwater management. The staff from Exchange Right was receptive to the feedback from staffand stated they would investigate the matter further and aj provide ai response to the City. In. June, the City Engineer and staff provided Exchange Right aj punch list of corrective measures that need tol be Exchange Right. taken at the site. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF. Action Leave this item tabled until such time that Exchange Right providesa response to list of corrective measures suggested at the Hornerstown Dollar General. 2023 City Paving Program - The Public Works Department worked with PennDot over the past few months to develop and bid out this year's City paving program. The City received two bids fort the project, with Quaker Sales Corporation providing the low bid of$252,775.60. Funds for the project will come from the City's PennDot liquid fuels paving account, account # 05.434.37.110.00. The project is scheduled to begin in September. The project will take a week toc complete. AR RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF. Minor Subdivision at 6061 Maple Avenue - St.. John the Baptist Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church ist requesting subdivision approval at 6061 Maple Avenue, in order to separate the church and the rectory on their property records. The church no longer uses the rectory and would like to Total lot area consists of0.33 aƧres. The subdivision plan proposes a lot with the church at 0.22 acres and rectory lot with 0.11 acres. The City Planning Commission reviewed thej proposed subdivision at their regularly scheduled June meeting and recommended approval oft the plan.
