That upon all personal, real, and mixed property, owned and situated with the territorial limits oft the City of Jamaica Beach, Texas on January 1, 2024, and not exempt from taxation by such City under the Constitution and Laws of the State of Texas, there shall be and there are hereby levied for the fiscal year beginning October1 1, 2024, annual ad valorem taxes required by Chapter 102 of the Texas Local Government Code; and order of the City to adopt an Ordinance establishing an ad valorem tax rate.
