Dan Hejl with Hejl, Lee, and Associates was present and recommended the Council award the bid to M&C Fonseca Construction Co. Commissioner Karch made a motion to accept M&C Fonseca Construction Co., Inc. for the 2021-2022 TxCDBG Water Line Improvements Project in the amount of $265,227.50 with second by the meeting. Commissioner Martin made a motion to accept (ARP) Water Transmission Line Improvements Project to M&C Fonseca Construction Co., Inc. in the amount of $326,760.00 with second by 5.3. Consideration and possible action regarding the acceptance of Audit Engagement Letter with Donald Allman, CPA, PC for the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2023. Commissioner Martin made a motion to accept the Audit Engagement Letter with Donald Allman, CPA, PC for the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2023 with a Fonseca Construction Co., Inc. in the amount of $326,760.00.
