DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH  MINUTES SEPTEMBER 11, 2024  Call to Order:  Cory Wall moved to call to order the Board of Public Health meeting for a purchase order only at 1:15 PM, seconded by Stan Hitchcock. The motion passed by unanimous vote by Dave Hornung. Those present were Cory Wall, Davel Hornung, Stan Hitchcock, Susan Corliss, and Theresa Korbelik.  Valerie Boyd was absent. 1. Purchase Orders:  1.A PO324-0551 - American Express - Privacy Screens - $1,321 - Public Health  067-I IMM #4 - Replaces PO#24-00536 to wrong vendor  Stan Hitchcock moved to void) Purchase Order #24-00536 because the vendor for the item needed to pay out differently, seconded by Cory Wall. The motion passed by Cory Wall moved to approve Purchase Order #24-00551 for the Public Health PO#4641 to American Express for privacy screens totaling $1,321.00, seconded by Stan  unanimous vote by Dave Hornung.
