MINUTES OF MEETING: MAY 7,2022  1. Call to order: Mayor Muska called the meeting to order at 8:32AM.  2. Roll Call: present council members - Natalie Kelinske, David Pratka, Cody Harris, Steve 3. Executive Session: Under the provisions of Government Code 551, the Council will meet in 1). Executive Session: A closed meeting will be held pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Government Code (V.C.T.A.) to address the resignation/retirement, and severance pay for the Police Lieutenant and Chief of Police; and to discuss the police department personnel. On a motion by Cody Harris, seconded by Natalie Kelinske; Approve the severance package for the ChiefofPolice including regular pay and accrued vacation time for three months, and 8.
