Chris Nors came inz 2nd with 196 votes; however, he is ineligible due to his voter registration status/failure of being a registered voter in the city at the time of election. The city verified with the McLennan County Election office that Mr. Nors changed his voter registration the day after the election. Mr. Nors will not be able to be sworn in at the December meeting.
