MINUTES OF BUDGET MEETING: AUGUST8, 2023  1. Call to order: Mayor Muska called the meeting to order at 5:32 PM. David Pratka, Joe Pustejovsky, and Matt Miller were present.  2. Roll Call: present council members - Mayor Tommy Muska, Natalie Kelinske, Cody Harris, 3. The council went over the proposed 2023 - 2024 fiscal year budget. The council preferred the proposed property tax rate of $0.60 versus the $0.75 that was presented. We are still waiting on the results from the water/wastewater study to determine what prices should be set for the new rates to cover the new debt that the city incurred due to the wastewater treatment plant expansion  project.
