MINUTES OF MEETING: NOVEMBER 21, 2022  1. Call to order: Mayor Muska called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM. 2. Roll Call: present council members David Pratka, Cody Harris, Steve Vanek, and Mayor Tommy Muska. Natalie Kelinske and Joe Pustejovsky were not in attendance. 3. Onamotion by David Pratka, seconded by Steve Vanek; Approve canvassing the November 8, 4. Increasing starting pay for police officers.
