Citizens comments- Matt Nemec spoke regarding water fiow from a neighbor's yard into his yard. He wanted to bring this back to the council's attention. He states the neighbor's driveway was approved without a long enough curb, causing all the water to dump into his yard when it rains. He states he has tried to resolve this issue on his own but feels like he has exhausted all his options. He would like to speak with the city attorney to see who is responsible as it was a city employee who approved the driveway against the code, which he believes is also breaking state law. He states he is getting an updated quote to fix the issue, but it may cost more than the original quote of $800. The contractor can not do the job unless he has the rock that matches, which means he would have to order a whole new load of that particular rock to complete the job.
