MINUTES OF WORKSHOF.UNE7,B Mayor Muska called the workshop to order at 5:35 pm. Mayor Tommy Muska. Steve Vanek was not in attendance. Council members in attendance: Natalie Kelinske, David Pratka, Cody Harris, Joe Pustejovsky, and Agenda item # 9-1 Mayor Muska asked if the council would be willing to consider extending the fuel allocation for the West EMS until the end of our fiscal year, September 30, 2022. At the April council meeting the council agreed to pay the EMS fuel expenses for the next three months (ending June). Agenda item #8 - The West Fair and Rodeo Association is asking for advertising funds of $5,000 out oft thel hotel occupancy tax fund. The rodeo is held in August every year and they award two scholarships annually to graduating high school seniors. Agenda item #13 - Langford Community Management Services was the only administrative firm to apply for the city's 2022 Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) FAST application. The city has] previously worked with this firm in the past and have always done a good job for us. Agenda item #11 - The newj police department's construction cost came in $154,000 over budget.
