A. Call to Order  Mayor Bilski called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m. B. Invocation and Pledges of Allegiance  Mayor Bilski gave the Invocation and led the Pledges of Allegiance. Discussion and Possible Action regarding Hotel Occupancy Tax (HOT) Services Agreement between the City of Sealy and the Sealy Chamber of Commerce acting Amotion was made by Counciwoman Lerma to Approve the Hotel Occupancy Tax (HOT) Services Agreement between the City of Sealy and the Sealy Chamber of Commerce acting in the capacity as the Sealy Convention and Visitors Bureau. Discussion and Possible Action to accept a fund donation for a shade structure at Sealy Pickleball Courts from the Rotary Club and Main Foundation in the amount Amotion was made by Councilwoman Lerma to Approve accepting a fund donation for a shade structure at Sealy Pickleball Courts from the Rotary Club and Main Foundation in Councilwoman Curry seconded the motion. Discussion and Possible Action regarding Trees and Limbs removal from Hurricane Beryl on City Property and in City Right-of-Ways and Easements. A motion was made by Counciwoman Lerma to Approve the Interlocal Agreement with TX Health Benefits Pool by Texas Municipal League (TML). Councilman Noack seconded the motion. Discussion and Possible Action regarding Paid Time Off (PTO) Policy and Pay-Out Councilman Miller entered the meeting at 6:54 p.m. and sat at the Dais at 7:27 p.m. Ar motion was made by Counciwoman Curry to table Item #6 and that we have a Workshop and invite TML from County and other information for smaller cities.
