Nixon, Est. 1906 Nixon City Council Minutes for 4.15.2024 Regular Meeting The Nixon City Council met in Regular Session on the 15th day of April 2024 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Members present were Mayor Dorothy Riojas, Justin Lal Fleur, Maggie Gaytan, Ellie Dominguez, Patsy Scherrer, Tanya Torres, Jeremy Bustos, Darryl Becker, Chief Miguel Cantu, Eddie Escobar, Briana Dominguez, Melissa Pompa, Mark Mendez, Adolph Trigo, Patricia Dingler, Gladyne Finch, Houston Burnett, Margaret Davis, Nancy Pawelek, Hector Dominguez Jr., Donald Hoffman, Lew Cohn, Gilbert Soto, Mark A quorum was declared present, and Madame Mayor Dorothy Riojas called the meeting to order at 5:30 Chambers at City Hall 302 E.
