Consider and discuss hours of operation for field work of utility companies (innon- emergency situations) with in the City of Gilmer and all matters related thereto. 4. Consider, discuss, and take possible action of cancelling the regular meeting of the Gilmer City Council to be held on Tuesday, October 8th, 2024, beginning at 5:15 P.M. in the council chambers of City Hall at 110 Buffalo St, Gilmer, Texas  Emergency Services District No. 2 for 2024-2025 (Enclosure).
