Mayor Marx made a motion to add new signs to the curve for Slow 15 miles per hour and Slow blind curve on Neill and Railroad Street, just replacing them and trying to make the road safer, with a second 4.4. REGULAR AGENDAITEMS (Green Sign In Card) This time is reserved for the public to speak to the Thrall City Council after the regular agenda item has been announced for consideration. Consideration and possible action regarding Resolution No. 2022-8-2of the City of Thrall, Williamson County, Texas, renewal of two-year contract of Municipal Judge of the Municipal Court of the City of Thrall; providing a severability clause; providing a Commissioner Martin made a motion regarding Resolution No. 2022-8-2 to appoint a two-year term of the Municipal Judge, Randall Pick, with a second by Commissioner Mark Schroeder, City Attorney, conducted the procedures for the appointment of the new Judge including the Anti-Bribery Oath of Appointed Officer and the Oath of Office for Randall Pick. Council welcomed Judge Pick to the City of Thrall. Mayor Marx at this time went back to items 4.2 and 4.3 for consideration and possible the meeting. After further discussion, Mayor Marx made a motion to present a proposed tax rate at $0.422267 to the Council for the 2022-2023 Fiscal year budget with a second by Commissioner Karch.
