Water Quality Report-Consumer Confidence Report (CCR). Mayor Marx asked the Council to make a motion to accept the Water Quality Report as it was presented to the general public. Commissioner Dubec made a motion to accept 4.1 as stated by the Mayor with a second by Commissioner Walla. Motion 4.2. Consideration and possible action on setting the dates of the 2020 Spring Clean-Up and carried 3-0. City-Wide Yard Sale. Discussion only, no action taken. 4.3. Consideration and possible action regarding security cameras for the Public Works yard and water tower. Commissioner Dubec made a motion to allow the Mayor to devise security camera system for the Public Works Yard and Water Tower up to $3000.00 with a second by Commissioner Walla. Motion carried 3-0. 4.4. Discussion regarding the Covid 19 Corono virus in the surrounding area. Discussion only. 4.5. Discussion regarding property taxes and budget. Discussion only.
