Any items presented to the Thrall City Council are considered informational only and may result in placement on a future agenda for discussion and consideration. During this time the Thrall City Council may hear your concerns but may not respond to any comments and will defer to City Staff. Those wishing to speak during this time must complete an Orange Sign In Card and present to the City Secretary prior to the beginning of the meeting. AGENDA ITEMS  The Consent Agenda items listed below are considered to be routine by the Thrall City Council and will be enacted by one motion. Consideration and possible action regarding the approval of the minutes for the  Regular City Council Meeting on June 19,2019. second by Mayor Marx. Motion carried 2-0. July 24, 2019: Regular City Council Meeting Minutes  Commissioner Walla made a motion to approve the consent item as presented with a  Pagelof3    5. REGULAR. AGENDAITEMS  (Green Sign In Card)  This time is reserved for the public to speak to the Thrall City Council after the regular agenda item has been announced for consideration. Those wishing to speak must complete a Green Sign In Card and present the card to the City Secretary prior to the beginning of 5.1. Consideration and possible action regarding a variance request to Ordinance No. 2015020 by Artemio and JoAnn Loza for property located at 200 Prospect for replacement of existing manufactured home with a new manufactured home. Commissioner Walla made a motion to approve Mr. and Mrs. Loza at 200 Prospect to meet our setbacks as required in Ordinance No. 2015020 with a second by Mayor Gene Mundahl with AirPro, Inc. was present to address any questions or concerns 5.2. Consideration and possible action regarding a variance request to Ordinance No. 2015020 by Cody Copeland for property located at 203A Vernon Street to move a home No action taken. Mayor Marx made a motion to table with a second by Commissioner Walla. Motion  carried 2-0.  8.2. Consideration and possible action regarding the June 2019 financials.  Presented and reviewed. No action taken.  8.3. Consideration and possible action regarding the leasing of a copier for City Hall.  Commissioner Walla made a motion to approve the rental quotation with CopyTex with the agreement to negotiate the color CPC down with a second by Mayor Marx.  Motion carried 2-0.
