During this time the Thrall City Council may hear your concerns but may not respond to any comments and will defer to City Staff. Consideration and possible action regarding the approval of the minutes for the Regular City Council Meeting on March 20, 2019. Consideration and possible action regarding presentation and a request for variance to allow off-site signs for CenTex Sports Center. Consideration and possible action to authorize Chief Whitworth to expend the JAG Grant #3613001 funds in the amount of $38,209.50 for the purchase of radio equipment Commissioner Walla made a motion to authorize Chief Whitworth to expend the JAG Grant #3613001 in the amount of $38,209.50 with a second by Mayor Marx. Consideration and possible action to adopt Ordinance No. 4-2019-3 authorizing the issuance of $204,250 City of Thrall, Texas, Waterworks and Sewer System Revenue Bonds, Series 2019 and ordaining other matters relating to the issuance of thel bonds.
