CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS  The Consent Agenda items listed below are considered to be routine by the Thrall City Council and will be enacted by one motion. Commissioner Dubec made a motion to accept 5.1 as stated by the Mayor, to accept the Engagement letter and the cost no to exceed $7000.00 with a second by Mayor 5.2.
