No action County was CONSIDER/DISCUSSIAPPROVE ADDENDUM 2 FROM LGS FOR CLERK'S OFFICE TO The Clerk's Office is adding a Public Access Point in their office for the public to be able to look at Deed Records online. The money was budgeted last year, it was just never set up. Commissioner Gierisch made a motion to accept and approve the Addendum to the contract between LGS and the Clerk's Office, duly seconded by Commissioner Bradshaw. Motion carried CONSIDERDISCUSSIAPPROVE AARON CLEMENTS, DICKENS COUNTY ATTORNEY,AS PERSPECTIVE NEW ATTORNEY ON THE PILOT PROGRAMS AND TAX ABATEMENTS = Judge Dillard met with. Aaron Clements this past week in Austin. Judge Dillard is going to see if he would like to come speak to Commissioners Court att the next meeting. APPROVE MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING Commissioner Bradshaw made a motion to approve the minutes from the August 27, 2024, Commissioners Court, as presented, duly seconded by Commissioner Gully. Motion carried RECEIVE COUNTY TREASURER'S REPORT-TAKE, APPROPRIATEACTION Mrs. Gierisch presented the Year-to-Date Summary General Ledger Trial Balance report through August 31, 2024, as well as the Summary Statement of Operations Expenditures through August 31, 2024, and the Payroll Summary's ending on July 15, 2024, July 31, 2024, August 15, 2024, and August 31, 2024. Commissioner Gully made a motion to accept the Treasurer's Report as given, duly seconded by Commissioner Bradshaw. Motion carried unanimously. See Exhibits CONSIDERIAPPROVE ALL ACCOUNTS PAYABLE FOR CONCHO COUNTY - TAKE Mrs. Gierisch presented the monthly Accounts Payable Claim Register from September 1, 2024, through September 9, 2024, witha ai total of $190,527.09. Commissioner Bradshaw made aj motion to approve and pay all accounts due and owing by Concho County, duly seconded REPORTS, INFORMATION AND FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS- NO ACTION TO BE TAKEN Mrs. Gierisch stated that she did not have at total on how much the General Liability Insurance was going up, when she reported to the Commissioners last meeting. It has gone up 30%. Mrs. Gierisch got a note from Water Works with the last bill that stated that rates were going up from $4.30 per thousand gallons to $4.80 per thousand gallons, effective October 1st Mrs. Gierisch received a call from Wes McAiden with AirMed, and the Hospital-District has been carrying the AirMed policy fort the entire county since 2015, butt they will nol longer do that. He was not sure ifthe County wanted to pick up the contract and pay for that policy. The cost is $17,795 per year. The policy ended on August 28, 2024, and we are currently in the 30-day grace period. Mrs. Gierisch presented for the record the confirmation that the 2020 Caterpillar 930M Small Mrs. Gierisch stated they receipted in, from Concho Central Appraisal District on September 6, 2024, $13,409.66, with $11,154.85 to M&O; and $2,254.81 to SRB. See Exhibit "K" The JP's August Monthly Report was presented for the record, with ai total of $51,613.50. See The Clerk's Monthly Report for August was presented for the record, with a total of $10,051.50. Mrs. Gierisch stated that there is compensation time that willl be paid out to the Sheriff's Deputy's. Commissioner Dillard stated that the dump truck he is trying to purchase cannot be listed on BuyBoard, since itis over 5 years old. He is going to get with Mrs. Hall and put it outf for bid. Commissioner Dillard said that he spoke tos someone from the Volunteer Fire Department in Paint Rock, and since they were absorbed by Eden VFD, they are not sure how they are going to get water tot fill thet trucks. Since Paint Rock is switching over to Millersview-Doole, Millersview-Doole will not donate any water tot them. Itwas mentioned that there are fire hydrants around Paint Rock, Commissioner Gierisch will not be at the next Commissioners Court meeting, and possibly the Judge Dillard stated that he met the Interim-CEO for Concho County Hospital. His name is Robert Pascasio. Mr. Pascasio said that the hospital does not have the finances available to finish the unanimously. "E","F, and' "G", respectively.
