Consideration and possible action regarding an Ordinance No. 2022-9-3 of the City of Thrall, Texas, establishing a fee schedule for the payment of all fees, costs and expenses for the development of] property in the City; fees, costs and expenses shall bej paid to the City according to the schedule adopted under this ordinance for all development fees which shall include subdivision development fees, permit fees, building fees, inspection fees and the fees set forth in this ordinance; providing for reimbursement to the City for any third party service cost which the City is required to obtain when the City determines the third party service is reasonable or necessary to provide any service set forth in this ordinance or regarding development within the City; providing a severability clause; providing a repealing clause; providing a penalty of fine not to exceed the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense, except where a different penalty has been established by state law for such offense, or for any violation of any provision which governs public health or sanitation which shall be punished by penalty of fine: not to exceed the sum oft two thousand dollars ($2,000.00); and providing City Attorney, Ted Hejl recommended under Exhibit "A" Building/Permit Plan Review Fees, Commercial Plan Review to correct it to read $95.00 per hour and under Water and Wastewater Fees to remove the Water Recovery Fee and Wastewater Recovery Fee.
