WELCOME VISITORS AND VISITOR COMMENTS  (Orange Sign In Card)  This time is reserved for input to the Thrall City Council on items not listed on the agenda. Any items presented to the Thrall City Council are considered informational only and may result in placement on a future agenda for discussion and consideration. During this time the Thrall City Council may hear your concerns but may not respond to any comments and will defer to City Staff. Those wishing to speak during this time must complete an Orange Sign In Card and present to the City Secretary prior to the beginning of the meeting. Commissioner Walla made a motion to approve the consent item(s) as presented with  as second by Commissioner Dubec. Motion carried 3-0.
