MAIN STREET STEPHENVILLE MAIN STREET ADVISORY BOARD City Hall Conference Room Thursday, August 22, 2024 at 9:45 AM  MINUTES  The Main Street Advisory Board of the City of Stephenville, Texas, convened on Thursday, August 22, 2024, in the City Hall Conference Room, for the purpose of a Main Street Advisory Board, with the meeting being open to the public and notice of said meeting, giving the date, time, place and subject thereof, having been posted as prescribed by Chapter 551, Government Code, Vernon's Texas Codes Annotated, with the following members  present, to wit:  BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Aimee Shouse, Rita Cook, Julie Thomas, Scott Allen  BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: Jill Burk, Joycelyn Perez  OTHERS ATTENDING:  Ashley Thomas, Main Street Manager LeAnn Durfey, City Council Member  CALLTO ORDER: Chair of the Main Street advisory board called the meeting to order at 9:50AM Motion to approve minutes from July 25th, 2024 by Aimee Shouse, seconded by. Julie Thomas  REGULAR. AGENDA  Discussion of creating a specific identity for Downtown.  Historical overlay discussion on next steps. Needs to go through P&Z next.  Discussion of other events that Main Street could have. Tarleton could have a reception at. John Tarleton's.cabin  at the Historical Museum.
